 I'll be going to Cuba for a State Department Approved goodwill visit in two weeks. This will be my first trip to the communist nation. Photos and blogs will follow.

 Recently, I did an interview with AthleticCapital about my life and travels. AthleticCapital is a life and leadership website focusing on former and current competitive athletes. This is the first interview I've given in about a year.

 I won't be using this or anything else online until I feel comfortable doing it again. Truth has too many angles and I find myself unable to adequately present them all, leaving me only to question the accuracy of what I write and my intentions for sharing it in the first place. I'll probably still write down my thoughts and experiences. I just won't be sharing them in any way.

 I'm excited to announce my new free podcast, which I will soon debut. For the last four years, I've been traveling the nationally (and now internationally). Everywhere I've gone, people have told me their life stories as well as the stories of their current town and how they got there.
